This policy defines the kinds of requests Kinpict is designed to support and the kinds of content or behavior that are not allowed.
Kinpict is intended for lawful family-photo workflows such as generating prompts, combining photos you are allowed to use, improving image presentation, and creating illustrated family keepsakes.
The safest use case is simple: use photos you own or have permission to process, and keep the request focused on a real family-photo outcome.
Do not submit content that is illegal, hateful, harassing, exploitative, or intended to deceive others. Do not use the service to create or distribute non-consensual intimate content or content that violates a person's rights.
You also may not use the service to impersonate someone, mislead others about identity or events, or create deceptive images of real people without permission.
Do not use Kinpict for face swaps, deepfakes, or other deceptive face-manipulation workflows. The service is built for family-photo assistance, not for misleading synthetic identity content.
If a request would reasonably cause another person to believe a real person said, did, or appeared to do something they did not, that request should be treated as out of bounds.
You may not abuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, probe the system in harmful ways, or use automation that breaks the product rules or overloads the system.
If you are unsure whether a specific use is acceptable, keep the request simple and family-focused or contact support before proceeding.
We may limit or suspend access when a request or account appears to violate this policy, create risk, or interfere with the service for other users.
